Before processing
Selecting a photo creates a local preview and does not start generation. By choosing Generate, you confirm that you are at least 18, the photo depicts one consenting adult and you have the necessary image and likeness permissions. Your photo is then uploaded for processing. Previewing does not verify age, identity, consent or copyright.
Video and cost
New videos are six seconds long in vertical 9:16 format. 480p costs 10 credits and 720p costs 20 credits. Review the displayed cost before starting. Credits are reserved, then consumed on confirmed completion or released on confirmed failure. New settings do not change an existing task.
Progress and delays
The six-to-eight-minute estimate is approximate. Demand, processing and delivery can take longer. Once a request is accepted, it continues in the background even if you close the page. Return to My videos to check it. If acceptance cannot be confirmed, we pause for review rather than automatically submit again.
Sound and download
Completed videos include sound when prepared through the website’s playback or download controls. Keep the page open during final preparation on your device. A temporary browser issue can be retried from the same completed task without another generation charge. Audio rights remain subject to the Disclaimer.
Private delivery and retention
Account history and delivery are private to your account. Newly saved completed videos are available for seven days after completion; download those you want to keep. Older files relying on temporary delivery links may expire sooner. Removing a video revokes access through the service. Temporary processing copies and limited task, security and payment records may remain as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Restrictions and review
Processing may be refused for prohibited material or a rights concern. Confirmed unsuccessful tasks release their reserved credits; uncertain or ongoing requests are checked before being treated as failed. For a restriction or delivery problem, contact support with the video ID. Do not repeatedly submit blocked content.
